Nordic Ecolabel (Environmental Standards)
AgfaPhoto toner modules are manufactured in accordance to strict European regulations, using only methods that protects the environment and resources. This is a very important requirement of the independent “The Nordic Swan” environmental label. Nordic Swan attaches importance to reducing the mountain of waste and the reduction of energy and raw material consumption with printer accessories. Among others, the following criteria are important:
- More than 75% of the material is recycled,
- Environmentally compatible waste disposal, and;
- Availability of a recycling system.
The Nordic Swan environmental label honors the commitment of AgfaPhoto in producing toner modules that complies with responsible handling of the environment.
ISO 19752 & ISO 19798 (Regulation for the measurement of the yield of remanufactured monochrome & color laser toners)
In accordance to the standards set in ISO 19752 & ISO 19798, AgfaPhoto toner modules manufactured are guaranteed to match the yield of toners by original toner manufacturers.
MyHIJAU (Malaysian Government Purchase Endorsement)
MyHIJAU Mark & Directory is an initiative by the Malaysian Government to promote the sourcing and purchasing of green products and services in Malaysia. This programme was approved by the Green Technology & Climate Change Council (MTHPI) on 23rd October 2012.
MyHIJAU certification follows similar guidelines set by the Nordic Ecolabelling, and as such the green methods used in the production of AgfaPhoto toner modules satisfies these guidelines, certifying AgfaPhoto toners as low carbon footprint and environmental-friendly products.
BG-PRÜFZERT (German Health & Safety Certification)
The BG-PRÜFZERT (now known as DGUV Test) is a German certification acquired by testing a product for health and safety hazards.
All AgfaPhoto toner modules are certified to ensure the toner powder poses minimal to zero health and safety hazard when used at workplace.
